SEO intelligence
A crawler can tell you 1,428 things are wrong. It can’t tell you which one to fix first.
Your team does not need another export. It needs to know which item to open on Monday and what it is worth, which means the findings have to be scored against each other, and against what the client is actually paying for.

Ranking combines estimated impact, effort, citation opportunity and the goal set for that client, so the queue reorders when the client’s priorities do.
The ranking
Four inputs decide the order.
Published in full, because a prioritisation you cannot interrogate is just an opinion with a number next to it.
Derived from what the affected pages already do: impressions, positions held, prompts they are eligible for. Not from a generic severity table that scores every broken link the same.
A template change that fixes 34 pages at once and a bespoke page that fixes one are not the same job, and a queue that treats them identically will be worked in the wrong order.
A page that returns a soft 404 to crawlers is not merely dropping out of the index. It has stopped being available as a source. Faults that cost both sort above faults that cost one.
The queue is scored against the goal set for that account. A retainer bought to defend a category and one bought to enter a new one should not produce the same first item.
Why one tool
The same fault costs you twice.
Separating SEO tooling from AI search tooling made sense when they measured different things. They increasingly measure the same page.
A page an engine cannot crawl is a page it cannot cite. A page with no clear answer on it is a page nothing can quote. A category with no comparison content is a category the client is absent from, in both layers, for the same reason.
Read separately, that is two findings in two tools that never meet. Read together, it is one fix with two returns, which is exactly the kind of item a ranked queue should be putting at the top.
